The Mt Wellington Licensing Trust owns and manages the Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre, and The Corner Bar & Eatery through its operating arm Mt Wellington
Trust Hotels Ltd. It also leases the Waipuna Conference Suites Highbrook in East Tamaki.
It also provides majority Board representation for Mt Wellington Foundation Ltd, a gaming charity, and the Mt Wellington Charitable Trust, a community charity.
