Auckland, 04 December 2024 – New owners have been found for the Panmure Historic Hotel, the second property recently offered for sale by the Mount Wellington Licensing Trust group.

LZ Holding Limited, has bought the property unconditionally – with settlement scheduled for 31 March 2025 – for a confidential sum on a going concern basis, meaning that it will continue to operate The Corner Bar.

Auckland, 23 September 2024 – After a six-week marketing period, a new owner has been found for The Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre.  

The hotel and conference centre has sold unconditionally for a confidential sum to Prime Property Group, who will continue to operate the venue as a hotel and conference centre. Settlement is 31 January 2025.

Auckland, 24 July 2024 – Mount Wellington Licensing Trust is seeking a new owner for its two properties: The Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre and The Panmure Historic Hotel.

The announcement to sell comes as Mount Wellington Licensing Trust is looking for better and more sustainable ways to fulfil its purpose of community giving.
