Meeting Notice: Thursday 16th April

Notice of MWLT Meeting

The elected Members of Mount Wellington Licensing Trust are due to meet on Thursday 16 April from 5pm, at the Auckland Marist Rugby Club, Dunkirk Rd, Panmure.

The meeting is open to members of the public to attend and observe.

A portion of that meeting will be conducted with the public excluded, as allowed for under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.

While the MWLT meeting is required to be opened with the public in attendance, the public-excluded portion will be conducted first and is expected to take 40-45 minutes. So anyone wishing to observe the public portion of the MWLT meeting (including the community presentation) could attend from 5.45pm - and we will not commence the public portion of the meeting before then.

Agenda items will include a summary of the first round of granting by the Mount Wellington Charitable Trust, an overview of the (preliminary) MWTH/MWCT investment portfolio performance to 31/3/26, an invitation to attend workshops to create an MWCT Strategy and an opportunity for Q&A session.
