New Independent Director Joins MWLT Board

Mount Wellington Licensing Trust is pleased to welcome Jason Rogers as a new Independent Director on the Mount Wellington Trust Hotels Board.

Jason Kereama Rogers (BMS (Hons), CA ANZ) is a Professional Director and Trustee with a strong background in governance and advisory roles across a wide range of sectors. With qualifications in chartered accountancy and a career spanning major international firms including Ernst & Young, Bankers Trust, Pacific Investments, and Generation Homes, Jason brings a wealth of commercial and financial expertise to the board table.

His experience includes managing diverse asset portfolios for NGOs, charities, Iwi settlement entities, and property development partnerships. Jason is passionate about using his skills to support organisations that make a meaningful impact in their communities - aligning strongly with MWLT’s purpose of generating funds to invest back into the local Mount Wellington and Panmure communities.
