PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice pursuant to section 354 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

The Mount Wellington Licensing Trust (MWLT) invites the community to a meeting of electors to discuss a resolution passed on Friday 21 August 2026.

MWLT resolves that according to s351 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, MWLT initiate the process to convert to a Community Trust.

The public meeting will be held on Wednesday 28 October, 6.30pm at the Auckland Marist Rugby Club, 50 Dunkirk Rd, Panmure.

Note:
This meeting will be preceded by the meeting of MWLT that was postponed from Thursday 15 October.

The public portion of that meeting will run 6.00-6.30pm and the meeting re MWLT conversion to a Community Trust will commence at 6.30pm.
